Booking and Payment Please fill out the online form to book one to one training sessions. I will be in touch within 3 days to arrange a mutually convenient time for our initial appointment. Payment is required 72 hours prior to your session. Confirmation of your appointment will be emailed to the email address you have provided and the bank details will be on the confirmation form. Cancellations We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or the full fee will be payable. My Training Ethics I am a positive 100% force free, reward based trainer. My training techniques are ethical and non-aversive. Please agree to fully commit to my training ethics and not to use any physical force or aversive equipment which includes but is not limited to prong collars, choke chains, citronella sprays, slip leads and E collars. Safety If your dog is anxious about meeting new people please ensure that there are measures in place to keep everybody safe. If your dog has ever shown signs of aggression or has ever bitten or injured another person or animal please have your dog on a lead. It may be safe to even have them wearing a muzzle. Children are more than welcome to join our sessions. I always make sure my training sessions are lots of fun and love to encourage children to take part. Children should have an active role in training and helping raise a puppy or dog and learn a great deal from my training sessions. Please make sure children are supervised at all times.
